Messages that fail delivery are auto-refunded to your panel balance within 48 hours — no claim needed. Unused paid credits can be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase, minus gateway charges.
SMM panel orders
If an order cannot be started, the amount returns to your panel balance automatically. Orders partially delivered are refunded pro-rata for the undelivered quantity.
Retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. The current month is refundable only if no work (posts, campaigns, reports) has been delivered in that cycle.
Shoots & bookings
Advances are fully refundable if cancelled 14+ days before the shoot date, 50% refundable at 7–13 days, and non-refundable inside 7 days (the crew and date are blocked for you). If Royal Media cancels, you receive a 100% refund or a priority rebooking — your choice.
One-time services
Websites, design and setup services are refundable in full before work begins, and pro-rata (against milestones delivered) afterwards.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayU within 5–7 working days. Panel-balance refunds are instant.
