The terms that govern orders, bookings and panel usage across Royal Media websites.
Services & orders
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds via PayU Money or when a booking is confirmed by our team on call. Package inclusions are as listed on the relevant service page at the time of ordering. Retainers renew monthly until paused or cancelled by you; they carry no lock-in.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of material you provide (logos, menus, lists, credentials) and for holding the rights to use it. For messaging campaigns, your contact lists must be collected with recipient consent and comply with TRAI/DLT and WhatsApp policies; campaigns violating these may be paused without refund of delivered volume. Royal Media does not sell or supply contact lists or numbers for any messaging service — all broadcasts and campaigns are sent only to lists provided by you.
Shoots & bookings
Shoot dates are blocked on confirmation and advance payment at the price shown at booking. Date changes are free once, up to 7 days before the shoot. Deliverable timelines confirmed at booking (photos 5–7 days, films 15–21 days) run from the shoot date. All shoot prices are for the Tri-City (Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, Panchkula), where our crew is based. Shoots at locations 200–400 km away are accepted only on 100% upfront advance payment, with crew travel and stay arranged by the client; the client confirms these terms inside the booking before payment. Digital services (SEO, ads, SMM panel, WhatsApp, AI agents, apps and websites) are delivered worldwide and are not location-restricted.
Panels & accounts
SMM and WhatsApp panel accounts are for your own use; resale is permitted only under a reseller arrangement. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud or policy-violating content.
Intellectual property
Final delivered creatives, photos and films are licensed to you for your business use once fully paid. Raw files, project files and unused concepts remain the property of Royal Media unless bought out in writing.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Platform metrics (followers, reach, rankings) depend on third-party platforms and are never guaranteed as fixed numbers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction.
